Megathon

“From the board room to the games room”

Introducing the only Inter-corporate Team Building Tourney of its kind in the country. The Megathon began its journey in the year 2017. Conceptualised as a team building carnival for organizations across the city, The Megathon, is the brainchild of The Rubikon Akademie and is a platform which would aid organizations to promote team bonding amongst their employees, without incurring the much bigger expense of having a standalone team building program for their own employees.

The Megathon, because of its novel construct has the potential to become the biggest corporate team bonding carnival in the country.

I had the pleasure of working with the Rubikon Team on a diverse set of engagements. One of them was the development of a Virtual Reality training module for a large workforce, where they anchored the module design, storyboarding and last mile execution in an engagement that was ahead of its times.
